Contact information: the name, email address, and message you submit through our contact form.

Payment information: card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Technical information: basic log and device data generated when you visit the site, used to keep the site secure and working.

To produce and ship your custom panel, including creating and emailing your design proof.

To process payments, calculate applicable sales tax, and issue receipts or refunds.

To respond to your questions and provide customer support.

To send order status updates, and — only if you have agreed — occasional product news. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive a confirmation of payment, the amount, and limited billing details needed for order fulfillment and tax reporting.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and database provider, and shipping carriers.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Logos, artwork, and inspiration files you upload are stored privately and used solely to design and produce your panel. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork you send us.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to meet accounting, tax, and warranty obligations. Contact form messages are kept while they are useful for support history.

Order and contact records are stored in an access-controlled database, and traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for legal reasons. Email us using the contact form and we will respond promptly.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.

Our products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
